Everything you need in one kit

SARS-COV-2 R-GENE ^® is a molecular biological test that detects the virus after viral nucleic acid extraction using real-time PCR. The in vitro test contains all the necessary reagents optimized for the detection of SARS-COV-2:

• Ready-to-use master mix (including Taq polymerase)
• reverse transcriptase
• positive controls
• negative control
• An internal control (IC1) checks the extraction process and the presence of amplification inhibitors in the sample (in the PCR1)
• A cell control checks the sampling (in the PCR2)

Simple procedure

Running the SARS-COV-2 R-GENE ^® Assay is extremely easy. Simply add the extracted RNA sample to the ready-to-use PCR master mix, start the reaction on the appropriate real-time PCR thermal cycler and then run the optimized cycling program described in the instructions for use.
